She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. Sandy has also completed the General Counsel University executive program at UC Berkeley School of Law in 2025 and the Regulatory Compliance Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
